Deborah Eshaghian attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) for her undergraduate studies. In 2001, Ms. Eshaghian graduated cum laude. Upon graduation, she received College Honors designation for successfully completing the UCLA Honors program.
In 2004, Ms. Eshaghian obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School. After successfully completing her education, Ms. Eshaghian worked pro bono for Bet Tzedek Legal Services assisting elderly,

Indigent and disabled members of the community. She represented clients in a variety of legal matters including Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant issues. In July 2006, Bet Tzedek Legal Services presented Ms. Eshaghian with a Certificate of Recognition "For [her] dedication to defend and preserve the rights of the neediest individuals in our community and for [her] pro bono work."
In January 2007, Ms. Eshaghian continued on her pursuit to defend and protect the rights of others as an associate at Trygstad, Schwab & Trygstad, ALC. Ms. Eshaghian represented clients in sexual harassment and employment discrimination cases. She also represented teachers in Permanent Teacher Dismissals Hearings and Reduction in Force (RIF) Hearings before the Office of Administrative Hearings; and in Credential Hearings before the Commission on Teacher Credentialing in Sacramento, California. Ms. Eshaghian represented students in various disputes with School Districts as well.
Ms. Eshaghian successfully represented clients in various Business Litigation matters including Breach of Contract, Fraud, Misrepresentation and Interference with a Prospective Business Advantage. In addition, she represented clients at Criminal Arraignments, Pre-trial hearings, City Attorney hearings and Family Law proceedings.
In October 2011, Ms. Eshaghian expanded her legal career by starting her own law firm, Eshaghian Law Group, A Professional Law Corporation. As the Managing Attorney of Eshaghian Law Group, she continues to defend and protect the rights of others.
